Amber Cove - port food?

at port, are there any restaurants or do we have to get back on the ship for lunch? We are thinking of not doing an excursion this day. (we haven't booked the cruise yet, but looks like all the itineraries we like stop there instead of HMC)

There are restaurants right in the port area (at least two that I know of). We ate at the pool restaurant/bar and had chicken fingers and fries. Both were very good.

thanks, just what I was looking for. I hated to think we would have to get back on the ship to get lunch.

Hopefully some people have taken pictures of the restaurants and menus to post here.... ;)

Does anyone have photos of the restaurant menus? Is it authentic local type foods or burgers, etc?
