GBR with wife who has some balance/mobility issues

I have read that the pontoon tours would be best as she could do a submersible, visit the underwater viewing area, etc. My question is has anyone done the Princess Cruise line tours of GBR and could give a brief summary of the pontoon...Thank you in advance.

If you don't get any replies from those who have done a pontoon GBR trip through Princess (which I have not), you can look up the two boat companies which go to pontoons. Reef Magic is the company that goes to a pontoon from Cairns and Quicksilver is the company that goes to a pontoon from Port Douglas. The websites for both companies have descriptions of their tours, photos and FAQs. You can also go to Trip Advisor and find tons of reviews for both boats.
