Hilton Rose Hall vegetarian options

We were considering spending the day at the Hilton Rose Hall in December. Do they have vegetarian options at their restaurants, as both my daughter and I are vegetarians? How is the food in the restaurants?

The resort looks really good.

We love the Hilton Rose Hall Resort. At lunch time, there are three places to eat. The main restaurant (Fresh) is a buffet with various areas. There is a good choice for vegetarians as far as I remember. There is also an eating place by the lazy river (Mangoes), which was our favourite lunch time venue but I cannot remember if they did vegetarian options there, apart from salads The other eating place is by the sea front, an open air restaurant, which again does excellent food.

We have stayed at the resort a few times, for a week each time, and are trying to sort out another return visit. There are more eating options in the evening.
