Santorini Tours

We are arriving Santorini by Seaborne Odyssey May 2015

Limited mobility so cable car does not seem an option to get to top. Can we get to port by tender and then get a tour for 5 hrs by car or mini van which will then drop us back to be tendered back to boat ?We would like to see as much of island as possible. Tours through Odyssey seem expensive.

One one of our visits to Santorini, some tours leaving by bus, went on different tenders arriving at another dock, where they boarded the buses, so I guess you'd be able to do that. Most pax use the cable car or the donkeys. Some walk, or cable car up and walk down, which is hazardous and a challenge for all.

We took a ship tour which dropped us at a pickup point where buses were waiting. Then to Oia for a couple hours. After that dropped back at the main town area high above where the ship was anchored. Apart from cable car, walking or donkey there were also some taxis that might be an option. The Service Desk can probably advise and make arrangements if a private car is required.
