Transportation from Port Canaveral to MCO

We are returning on Feb. 14 from the Carnival Glory cruise and we have a flight booked for 11:40 am at MCO. We will be doing a self-assist when we get back to the port. There is a shuttle leaving the port at 8:30 am through Carnival that we can book or does anyone have another suggestion for a quick and efficient transportation to MCO without any delays.

Renting a car is cheaper and easy but for an 11:40 flight I might stay with the shuttle.
