Billing for specialty restaurants.

I have been notified that dining reservations are now open for our cruise in October. I would like to reserve for the discount on the first night. I also have OBCs that I want to use . Must an advance reservation be billed to my credit card?

Yes, if you want OBC to cover it, you will have to wait until you board the ship to book specialty dining :)

Apparently it's not too difficult to get reservations for the first night when you wait until you get on the ship - so you can use OBC. The restaurants will have someone there taking reservations when you first board. (Right, Bob?)

Do you by chance have Concierge access (D, D+, P, or Suite)? if so you can email them a head of time and they will book it.

Otherwise I'm not sure if there is a way to do it other than booking on board right after boarding.
