NCL Pride of America Cruise Refunds

Recommended Posts

Pride of America delayed sailing 15th March 2015. Advised to book a hotel overnight stop and it would be refunded accordingly. Also Ncl owe us a cancelled by them shore excursion. We have telephoned, emailed with no joy.

Is there anyone else out there having the same trouble or is it just us British!

Need advise what to do next. HELP

Thelma Chapman. One unhappy cruiser.

I would email the CEO -

fdelrio@ncl.com

Many conpanies monitor the CEO's email for just such email and have executive level CSR's that handle things. I just did this last week with Marriott and had resolution within 24 hrs.

Sometimes you have to go to someone with the authority to to resolve things.

Here are some hints to guide you in your email

Good luck

It take forever to get a refund or credit back from NCL. We sailed the POA in November and got a refund of our leftover pre-purchased credits in February.:(
