MollieChapman Posted May 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Pride of America delayed sailing 15th March 2015. Advised to book a hotel overnight stop and it would be refunded accordingly. Also Ncl owe us a cancelled by them shore excursion. We have telephoned, emailed with no joy. Is there anyone else out there having the same trouble or is it just us British! I just did this last week with Marriott and had resolution within 24 hrs. Sometimes you have to go to someone with the authority to to resolve things.
