Off Site Parking vs Park and Stay

We have a hotel booked with the "Park and Stay" feature, but I am worried about the time it will take getting us to the pier and back now that I have read some posts. Can some of you shed some light? We have done the Park and Stay before and have waited at and the pier for the shuttle, and this was a smaller ship, and now I'm kinda worried about it since we are going on the Dream. It seems like it is the same concept getting people back to a parking lot - Park and Stay or if you park a five minutes ride down the road. :confused: Thanks!
