How the new discounts show

Recommended Posts

What do you think about how the new discounts show?

I dont like when you try a fake booking to see the whole price, it just shows discount, not what the discount is for.

It could be a sale, age, region or C & A. Think they should show what type of discount it is so we dont waste the agents time by calling to find out.

Id like to know if my price changes and what the discount is just incase I want that price or maybe it doesnt make sense.

What are your thought?

There have been several threads discussing this issue (among others) with how the discounts show up on the website. The only way to really know the type of discount is to have them send an invoice after the cruise is booked. Not very convenient, but I guess it's more important to Royal to keep the information off the website. Or it's beyond their IT competence to display it accurately.
