Queen Victoria Photos (passing under a bridge)

Last week Queen Victoria visited Bergen, Norway. As she departed I got some nice photos of her passing beneath the Askøy bridge, (with a clearance of just a few metres!) which gave a neat perspective of her funnels and top decks.

I recently posted photos of QM2's visit to Bergen, including some of her passing under the same bridge. I was pleased that people on this forum seemed to enjoy them, so I hope these photos of Queen Victoria are of interest too :).

Thank you. Great views of the ship. We are sailing on her for the firt time in December so great to see areas from a view you don't see normally.

Nice photos, makes me a little homesick.

Looks as though the "Updraft skirt" around the funnel is for appearance only as opposed to the one on QM2.

Thought I'd just post these shots of the Bridge. It can be either the gateway to the fjords :) or the voyage back home :(

And thanks for the picutres of the bridge from the other point of veiw. I often stand watching ships passing underneath with more than a little bit of cruise envy!
