The backstory: I bought enough gift certificates to cover on board chargers for my upcoming cruise during the Father's Days sale and uses it to book shore excursions. I cancelled 1 of them and rebooked another and was told I should have a refund within 5-7 business days. This was August 1st. I still have not received a refund and I've now called Carnival 3 times and everytime I call I get told its coming in the next few days. I'm getting tired of it and I want my refund NOW. I'm also cruising on the 31st and I am planning on using the money then. Any advice? I've called, emailed CCL support, and contacted John Heald. Inkah Posted August 20, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 20, 2014 i had the same problem as you are-- took almost a month and finally got it credited to my on board account yesterday-- they said it got mailed to an old address but i had my current address listed on all my documents.
