Star Flyer to tahiti

Would like to know if anyone has sailed on the Star Flyer in Tahiti and then gone on to New Zealand. I understand that Air Tahiti Nui does fly to New Zealand certain days of the week. We would like to spend a week in New Zealand after getting off the ship, is this possible to do?

Air Tahiti Nui does indeed gofrom Papeete to NZ (Auckland) so this is entirely possible. From memory the flight is around 5 hours.

Flights from Papeete to New Zealand are very limited these days. I found a ATN flight on Thursdays to New Zealand but I'm not sure if there are others. While there used to be several airlines with scheduled flights, now there are "co-branded" flights with ATN. The good old days are pretty much gone (for now).
