Recent luggage storage hope tht NCL pier post cruise

Has anyone had any recent experience with luggage storage at the NCL pier post cruise? Our flight is not until 4pm and we would like to store our luggage at the pier, tour the palace (?), walk to Chinatown then return get the luggage and take a taxi to the airport about 1pm.

We would just go to the airport but according to United's website you can only check in luggage 4 hours before your flight.:(

Any suggestions as to what to see near the pier would be greatly appreciated.

I did get a response from Grant at the terminal, you must drop bags off by 10am they are closed from 10-11am and pick them up by 6pm. The cost is $5 a bag no matter the size. We plan on doing this in April walking to the Palace and other points of interest nearby,
