Best Rental Car Option for Port Canaveral?

My family will be arriving by rental car prior to our cruise, and while I don't expect to be at risk for missing the cutoff, we will be arriving later in the day (around 1 or 2pm), which makes me nervous. I'd like the smoothest check in and transfer possible, for obvious reasons. Since I haven't booked my car yet I thought I'd try to find out if some are better than others.

Has anyone had a really good experience with one of the agencies in the area?

Do any agencies seem particularly fast or have better shuttle service?

I have rented from Budget several times. All of my experiences have been very positive. At most from the time I enter the parking lot to drop off my car and take the complementary shuttle to the ships, it takes less than 20 min.
