looking for nice beaches where ship dock or how to get to a nice safe one in La Romana Dominican Republic and is this close to hard rock,

Not close to HR, but a 20 min taxi into Bayahibe where you can enjoy the beach there, or the beach at nearby Dominicus.

But would highly recommend you research the Saona Island and Catalina Island ecpxcursions offered by Seavis Tours and Pro Excursions, both located in Bayahibe. Excellent outfits and amazing beach and water experiences either in small motor boats or a luxury cat.
