Unfortunately, I can't answer your question directly. I can answer it in pieces.

I have done a Helmet dive, but at Coral World in St Thomas. It was a lot of fun and well worth the money.

The Tiki Hut location is not far from the cruise terminal, so I can't imagine transportation to and from being an issue, in terms of being back in time.

Island Marketing is a fairly big company in excursions and has had good reviews from what I have read. I have used similar companies for excursions and not had a problem. I don't know if you have tried putting Island Marketing St Marteen in the search bar here on Cruise Critic, but I'm sure you will find reviews.

What cruise ship are you on? I have been to St Marteen with Carnival and Royal and both offered the excursion you are looking at?
