If they aren't there, then its probably sold out. I just searched without selecting a specific cruise and they are there. The Grand Turk cabanas are a bit pricy for what you get,for me at least. They don't come with snacks or floats or anything. $129.99

 

You could also try to call Carnival direct and see if they can help you out. They might have a wait list or something if someone drops out.
