Bermuda Island Tours-Juanita-Opinions?

Just wondering if anyone has ever been on the 5 hour Island Wrap Around Tour by Bermuda Island Tours, run by Juanita? Opinions and what you thought of it?

 

There are some excellent reviews on TripAdvisor for this company, but then a couple of reviews that are negative mentioning problems with the owner, Juanita. Just thought hopefully, these were isolated incidents.

 

Any info. you can give would be great, as two other tour companies I contacted were already booked and I want to get a tour set up soon.
