Houston town car service recommendation

I've used the lovely search feature here on the board. :rolleyes: But my situation is a little different. I live in Houston and need town car transportation from my home to Bayport Cruise Terminal and then a return trip from IAH to home.

 

I'm looking at Elite. I got quotes from Absolute Town Car service but then read a LOT of very bad reviews. Elite has mostly good reviews.

 

We will only have 2 people but it's a 19 night cruise (plus 4 nights post cruise in Seattle) so we'll have 4 large bags plus carryons. I also have a Hugo (collapsible walker with seat) that takes up a lot of room. But I think we could fit everything in a 4 person sedan (probably with stuff in our laps - LOL!).

 

Anyone have personal experience and/or recommendations?
