Anyone been to La Lobera in Ensenada?

I have searched for "La Lobera" under this forum, with no results. Has anyone whose cruise ship has stopped in Ensenada been there? If so, how did you get there, and what did it cost you? We are a family of 4, cruising to Hawaii in December 2014 with our last stop in Ensenada. It looks pretty cool- especially all the sea lions! Thank you!
