Cave Tubing with Lunch

Oh my goodness, I am seasoned cruiser with many trips to Belize under my belt. I have seen all the ruins, been snorkeling and looking for activities.

I decided to try cavetubing, OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Belize on the Carnival Dream and arrived on 9/17 and booked through Carnival. The excursion was Cave Tubing with lunch.

Our tour guide was named ELVIS and he yes indeed is the king. Elvis made sure that our trip was wonderful and he definitely gave you your money's worth plus. He will make sure you are SAFE and feel comfortable. He is the type that wants everyone to have fun.

The bus ride was informational, and somewhat exciting. The lunch was good too, and they had some rocking mixed drinks---you could get one for the ride back to the ship...........woo hoo that worked

Couple of things to remember;

NO flipflops - Crocs with ankle straps are okay or beach shoes

Bug spray for the jungle stroll

Positive attitude

And you will have a blast!!!!!!!!!

We also enjoyed cavetubing a few years back. We used cavetubing.bz. So peaceful and refreshing.

what company was elvis with?

did you have to carry your own tubes? and did they have backs? and were they tied together?

we went several years ago and it was rough on my 80 year old mom

this time she is not going, but i still do not want to carry my tube!

we did the cave tour with vivtours.com and their tubes have a mesh seat bottom, head rest and there staff carry the tubes to the cave entrance, all the tubes also have all around tow rope and quick release clips to link the tubes together and the guides do the power work and navigation, its awesome,
