Celebrity Santa Barbara Highlights tour itinerary??

I wil end up calling Celebrity cruise line if I cannot get a definite answer from someone here 'in the know' ...... the ship is offering a 3 hour tour of 'highlights' in Santa Barbara but there is NO description of what the highlights are.

 

I suppose it is the main areas as the town trolley visits - -but that site says the trolley tour is 90 min if you ride it thru and do not get off.

 

So -- I am wondering more about what the ship highlights include??!
