Can we walk from Charlestown to Pinney

We will be in Nevis later in March. Is it possible to walk from Charlestown to Pinney's beach. Are there taxis available and how much?

Anyone have an answer? I am wondering the same thing.

You can walk but it is about 1.5 miles if you follow the road from the ferry dock to Sunshines or that area which is south of the Four Seasons. There will be taxis at the pier or very near. If you are on a cruise ship I would have a taxi bring you to the beach and have them comeback for your return to the pier because of the time issue.
