this will be our first cruise that we are driving to the cruise terminal. I am wanting to know if anyone has stayed at a hotel close to the port that might offer park and cruise?? we are not familiar with Boston at all and will be coming in from Portland end. we have booked a hotel in Revere, but are not looking forward to morning traffic and not knowing where the tolls are. don't mind paying tolls but we are Canadian and do not have a epass, finding info on this for the epass is not easy either. we do realize that we can pay and keep our SUV at the terminal and we will if we need to. just thought i would ask.

also it is a Friday departure

thanks

What exact date are you looking for a hotel room? What is your hotel budget? October is high season and there are several dates with big events going on.

Unfortunately the hotels which offer Park/cruise tend to be on the south side of Boston in Dorchester or in Quincy. Coming in from the north you might do better with a Park/fly at Logan. If you can manage your luggage, it is possible to get to Black Falcon terminal for free via hotel shuttle and the Silver Line ($2.75/pp for the return), but a cab could be reasonable as well.

For various Oct dates on a Thur night, trinityreservations.com has a Park sleep in Saugus for $158 tax included with breakfast and 14 days parking. This is prepay wth a reputable company.

If you take the hotel shuttle to the airport, you can get a cab to Black Falcon for about $25. Looking at some other hotel prices, this looks like a really good deal for someone coming in from the northeast. No need to deal with driving in or through Boston and the ezpass issue. Parking at the port itself is about $140.
