Late Departure/Car Rental

Hello everyone,

My wife and I and two kids will be arriving in St. Thomas aboard the Carnival Sunshine on 3/23/2015 at around 1pm and departing at around 9pm.

I am in need of a rental car service (NOT BUDGET) that has late drop off times near our dock at Havensight.

All I'm finding so far are the ones by the airport.

Please, any info you may have is greatly appreciated.

Also...some points of interests to check out while on the island would be great!
