jewelrymakr Posted April 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2014 We are on the repositioning cruise on the Splendor, Nov 1-9. Some of us are thinking about golfing on one of the islands, if we can arrange it. We have some excursions already booked, so the islands that are left are Martinique, St. Croix, and Dominica. Has anybody ever golfed on any of these islands? If so, which ones, and what did you think of the course?
CoralReef Posted April 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2014 (edited) DH & BIL golfed Carambola last month. Greens weren't finely manicured, but they thought it was a good design and a lot of fun. Edited April 7, 2014 by CoralReef

Marrtinique was a "cow pasture" when Mr Ski played it years ago....but hopefully it has improved. St Croix has 2 courses...Carambola and Buccaneer. We have played Carambola for years bit played Buccaneer for the first time last month. Carambola is nice with some challenges. Buccaneer has better views but it is cart path only.
