Conch train and shipwreck museum package

Can anyone tell me how the lines are to buy the conch train and shipwreck museum package tour tickets? We are debating buying them through Disney Cruise line at a higher price for convenience or save our money and buy at the port. We have a limited time in key west and don't want to spend it in a ticket line. Thanks!

But I've never noticed a line of people waiting to either buy tickets or to go into the shipwreck museum.
