Budget rental St. Croix and Barsnet.com

For those who have rented from Budget St. Croix, did you receive a rental confirmation from Barsnet.com? Just booked through their website and about an hour later received an email from barsnet.com stating "your reservation receipt is attached". Given all the viruses and scam emails, I'm a little leary to open this attachment as there is nothing in the email saying this is from Budget. Can anyone confirm whether this is legit?

I've never dealt with them myself but a quick google search tells me that "Barsnet" makes rental car management software for rental shops. Based on that the odds are that the local budget place is using Barsnet software and that's what sent the email.

Again this is just my best guess.
