CanuckonaBoat Posted May 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 18, 2014 We are traveling to Tallinn on Monday June 16th - my nephew has especially requested to go inside Catherine's palace in Kadriorg and St. Nicholas' Cathedral. The cruise tour makes it sound like this is only possible on a special tour with them. We would rather arrange a tour with a local tour company. Does anyone know if the public can enter these locations on tour? Thanks!
