Land activities suggestions in Falmouth

Any suggestion for land activities in Falmouth. There are 9 of us, the youngest is 8. We're doing water activities at the other two ports, and the hour plus trip on a bus to the blue lagoon seems daunting with restless teens and an eight year old. Suggestions?? Thanks in advance.
