Excursions - The Liberty of the Seas

Hi all, I’m Matt and in just a few weeks my wife and I will be on our first cruise on board “The Liberty of the Seas”. We’ll be boarding from Barcellona to go to Marseilles, Nice, La Spezia, Civitavecchia and Naples. I was wondering if anyone could give us some advice regarding excursions, we heard that from Naples we could do an Amalfi coast tour, acquaintances suggested companies called Joe Banana Limos and Rosato Private Tour. Is there anybody that has used their services? Is it convenient to use them or go through the on board organized ones?

you will see that all those ports are fairly easy to do on your own, and/or with a private tour. If you are comfortable with going outside of the cruise line's excursions.

Plus there will be recommendations for venders for private tours.
