Private Tours/Taxis?

Hi there! Going to San Juan PR, on the Carnival Breeze. Only will be there 7am-1:30pm. Was wondering if you knew any good private tours or companys, and whats the best to do here?

I'm also interested in knowing if anything has change or if there is a better way....

We ported there once and right outside the pier there were cab/vans that take you around for $10 a person, at least that is how it was in 2012.
