What to do between disembarking and a late flight home in Buenos Aires

Our Celebrity ends in Buenos Aires and looks like most of the flights back to the US east coast leave around 11pm-midnight. What do people do with their luggage for the day? Would it make sense to get a hotel room to put all our stuff in (party of six)?
