Gecko's/Freedom City Bicycles & Cruzan

I was originally thinking that DH and I would take it easy on St. Croix, but since we've never been, I really would like to at least get a taste of the area.

I've been mulling about a couple of ideas with the thought that we don't want to overexert ourselves.

1 - Gecko Island Adventure - "2-fer" package which includes Wave runner rental plus 2 beach chairs, umbrella & discount food & drink coupons at Rhythms at Rainbow Beach. I would also like to head to Cruzan for a tour, so maybe we only do the ATV tour and then head to Cruzan.

2 - Freedom City Bikes - West End Tour then followed by a trip to the Cruzan Rum distillery.

My questions: Does anyone know what time either of the above mentioned excursions start? Cruzan is only open from 10-2 on Sunday (when we are there) and I would really like to enjoy the rum tasting at the end and not have to worry about driving an ATV or riding a bike.

Or should I just forget the tour portion and just head straight to the distillery and enjoy the heck out of the tastings?

Is it even feasible to do the tours as I have outlined?

Geckos first tour leaves at 10 am and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes you would be able to easily get a taxi from rainbow beach to the rum factory no problem.
