Private Tour Ideas (Porting in Montego Bay)

Let's assume you are on a cruise that ports in Montego Bay. Let's also assume that you have decided to contract with a local tour company for a "private tour." (Both good assumptions because I am and I have). Time in port 9:00a - 6:00p.

Where would YOU tell your driver to go? What would you see/do? Where would you eat?

Note: We have previously done the Blue Hole trip with this same company which included a stop for lunch at Scotchie's. Enjoyed that tremendously. Didn't like the "shopping" we did on the way back, which was really just a stop at a strip mall full of tourist shops. Not absolutely adverse to doing that again (without the shopping stop), as we will have people with us this time who weren't with us last time and didn't do that. Just looking for other options.

Assuming we do the Blue Hole, where you would tell the driver to stop for lunch or sights on the way back to Montego Bay?
