Are you on POA? If so, you'll be docking in Kahului.

Driving there will take about 30 minutes - here's a map with the route.

There's a free public parking lot just a little ways past the entrance to the Grand Wailea Hotel, on the right side of the road. It's a bit hard to find, but after passing the GW, you'll see this parking lot (for the GW) and the entrance to the public parking is just after that - right here.

On the other hand, if you are coming ashore at Lahaina, it is a little longer, about 40-45 minutes.
