There are no signs, but if you take the bus, tell the driver you want to get off at the Royal Naval Cemetery. When you get off the bus, walk with the cemetery on your back (walk towards the water). The glass beach is to the right.

How does it work with tokens? How many tokens for ferry or bus?

An adult token costs $4.50. Each time you board a public bus or ferry, you deposit the token into a coin box. If you have firmed up your plans, should should have an idea of how many times you'll be boarding a bus or ferry. Buy enough tokens for each trip to and return.

Tokens are sold at the Visitor Information Center which is located in the terminal building you enter as you exit the cruise ship.
