Ship time

Recommended Posts

We will be on the Crown to Alaska in a couple of weeks out of Seattle, and wondering what time zone we will be in. I am in EST time and Seattle is 3 hours behind EST, and I understand Alaska will be 4 hours ahead of EST. What time.will the ship be on during the entire trip? WIll it be on Seattle time as that is where ship leaves from, or will it e on Alaska time? This is a Concern to us as one of our group is taking an on line course and will need to have work submitted and test taken by a certain time.

Thanks!

THanks.

The ship will change to local time. You will switch to ADT and than, later in the cruise, switch back to PDT.

Correction: If you are EDT, Seattle (PDT) will be 3 hours behind you, and Alaska (ADT) will be 4 hours behind you. Or 1 hour further behind Seattle.

EST is during the winter, EDT is during the summer.
