anyone used 'Cruisers in Italy'

I am looking to book my parents on trips to Rome and Florence on Norwegian Epic on 1 November. It is quite hard as a lot of the tours you have to book the whole car. They do not use the internet so would be hard to search for a group as they would have no contact once on board the ship. This company allows you book a share tour

Are you able to help them with the internet....their roll call is likely looking for folks to fill in for private tours already booked....there would be info provided on when and where to meet and likely even an onboard gathering to meet each other....
