nireg Posted March 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2016 Has anyone stayed in one of these cabins? Do the doors open fully? View from 4188? Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
bunnyfoofoo82 Posted March 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 28, 2016 These are amazing rooms, enjoy! Yes, the doors open all the way but the bed will be in the way. Just slide the bed, open up the door and push the bed back. It's a great door stop. As for what you're going to see for a view, most of it is life boat but it is fresh air, natural light and a great price.
serene56 Posted March 29, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2016 (edited) You cant go outside but yes the doors do open. Make sure your cabin is between life boats so you can have a view. http://i865.photobucket.com/albums/ab214/k2excursion/Carnival%20cabins/P1050434.jpg http://i51.tinypic.com/imv4hf.jpg getting a room in the middle of the lifeboat will get you this: http://s597.photobucket.com/user/livin4real/media/cruise09655.jpg.html http://s700.photobucket.com/user/dwaynedrummond/media/P6110201.jpg.html try to move your cabin to 4196 (that's the type of room you want. you are now at the indentation. your view will be similar to the lifeboat one http://i865.photobucket.com/albums/ab214/k2excursion/Carnival%20cabins/P1050437.jpg Edited March 29, 2016 by serene56

lovebears Posted February 25, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 25, 2017 Has anyone been in a spirit class cabin 4188? Is there a bit of an open gap on the one end of the lifeboat? I understand that this is not one of the sweet in between life boat views, but would 4188 be better than in the middle of a life boat type cabin? tia
