Bananarama?

Has anyone been to Bananarama resort for a day? Is snorkeling any good there? Are the facilities free or is there a charge to use their beach?

Looking for a place to snorkel from beach now that F&F raised their fees.

I have been to Bananarama and love it. To get a chair the cost is $5, to set-up a towl on the beach is free. I would recommend at least buying a drink. I really like it there. Reasonable drink costs and nice hammocks!

There is great offshore snorkeling to the left of the Bananarama Beach. Also, they run their own diveshop so you could pay a small amount to take boat out to the better part of the beach, I think it is $25pp.

I got a great massage last time I was there for $40 for an hour. I scheduled before arriving on the island.

Did you book through the resort with their transportation or just show up? Do you know if it is on the bus route or need for a taxi? thanks:)
