Harvest Caye

Hi this is our second cruise on Norwegian Getaway but our first time in Belize. I see that Harvest caye is where the ship is docking but is the beach/pool access free or is it an excursion? I think I read that it is NCL private island and I know with Disney Cruise Line their private island is included in the cruise....obviously excursions are an extra expense. Thanks

When is your cruise?

I don't believe HC has opened yet. Last schedule I saw was for November 2016, but looked like they had a ways to go.

From what I've read, it appears that it's more in line with RCCL's Labadee than Disney's private island. Shopping area, beaches, etc. but nothing inclusive.
