What is Sapphire beach like right now? Construction?

I read on trip advisor that there is a lot of construction at Sapphire beach right now.

Is it very noisy?

Are facilities limited?

We just spent a week at sapphire. One of the condo buildings is under renovation. There is the sound of construction 6 of 7 days we were there. The restrooms, rentals, and food are unaffected except for the noise. The beach area is not otherwise impacted.

Was it quite noisy?

Noise level is subjective.

It did not impact our vacation but it is there. I can't say if it would bother you. Some days it was a jackhammer sound in the distance, other days a commercial pressure washer. The One condo building is under full renovation including external facade.

I can say that I would not want to stay in the condo buildings that are on either side of the one being renovated. We rented a condo in Crystal Cove (Sapphire Bay West)
