There is an EXCELLENT & convenient and economical luggage storage system at the Newbery airport ( domestic-airport). We used it for 3 days ( from Jan 5 > 8th, 2014) when we went to Igauzu Falls and couldn't have been more pleased.

Its 25 pesos/ per 12 hrs / per bag. You fill out a short form at the information desk, inside the terminal, and security tags are issued for each bag. A security guard is called, and he escorts you & your luggage to the x-ray machine & the bags are sent thru. This site is separate from the routine security area where you board a plane.

He then escorts you to the secure area/storage bldg. outside the main terminal bldg. which is near the entry way to the parking lot.

Your bags are logged in, secured with the ties, and placed on the racks/shelves. You collect them, and pay the fee, when you return, at the storage site, they accept pesos, dollars, and CC's.
