Cabana and Zipline - timing

Ok, I've bitten the bullet and booked a cabana.OW at Nellies Beach. The kids want to do the zipline also and of course we want to maximise time in the cabana. There is an 8am and 8:30am time available for the zipline and then it jumps to 11:30, 12pm, 1pm etc.

My questions:

Would be best taking the earliest time? The ship docks at 8am (June).

Is it difficult to get to where checkin is for the cabana after we've ridden the zipline?

Would we miss out on a choice of cabana if we ride the zipline first? Is this important?

Are we doing too much?

How far is it to lunch from the cabana's?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
