Why has Pacific Aria changed course.?

Pacific Aria was heading up the Queensland coast to Hamilton Island but on checking AIS it looks like she has changed course and is heading to Gladstone.

Medical emergency?

Unlikely, the nearest cyclone shouldn't be affecting her, and there is nothing nasty on the rain radar for that area.

Must be a medical emergency.

Just checked again and there is an SAR,,Search and Rescue plane flying around the ship.Its the light blue one.

That would be so sad for the family and the person, I hope all goes well xox

RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue poster on twitter that they were heading out to the Aria about 40 mins ago.
