Quebec City - Airport to Pier

Hi All .... Do cabs in Quebec City take credit cards? Will there be a van or shuttle from the airport to pier that can take four adults?

Yes and Yes. You might wait a minute or two longer for a larger cab, but you'll get one. I don't know of any YQB shuttle services, but with four people it's simply never worth considering a shuttle, even a very reasonable one will cost much more in total than one cab fare (especially since cab fare is fixed price to downtown at C$34.25).

Public transit would cost C$3.25pp and take you to the downtown bus station, you'd probably still need a cab from there costing $10 or more, so taxi is probably the best value proposition.
