Gluten Free on AMACERTO

I will be on the AMA Certo in the fall and I was wondering if I will have a problem being gluten free. Has anyone else traveled on a river cruise who is gluten free?

Make sure you contact AMA well in advance, like now, to make them aware that you are gluten-free so that they have the opportunity to have the appropriate food on board for you.

thanks Judy, yes, I told them when I booked, I was just wondering if anyone has been on an AMA ship that is gluten free, and how did it go.

A woman in my travel group of 8 couples was on AmaDante with me last year and needed a gluten free diet.

I notified AMA well in advance and then reminded the CD at check in, as did she. They set up a time for her to meet with the head chef that day.

She was delighted with the quality, variety and taste of her meals.
