Snorkling & Stingray ; Grand Turk

Hey there!

I'm taking a cruise on carnival in Feb & was hoping to find cheaper ways to do our excursions. In Grand Turk we were thinking of Snorkeling & swimming with sting rays. Any one cruise there before & know a cheaper way to do it?
