Question about pack & go

I'm looking at booking a pack & go rate for my mom for a sailing in Feb. She's not sure if she will have a roommate or not until after Monday. The sale says it will end tomorrow. Does the pack & go rate usually come up again the following week or is it really only good for 3 days? Would it be possible to book just her and then add a roommate later?

There's no way to tell whether the Pack & Go will be back next week. It will depend on how full the ship is and whether they need to do another Pack & Go to fill the ship. Yes, it's possible to book one person as a solo now and add the other person once they know they can go.
